We want to make you better in fitness and life. We want to give you a place to sweat and socialize, to find fun and friendships.
Our classes are based on functional and cross foundations.
Our workouts are combinations of constantly varied, high intensity functional movements.
Our intention is to improve fitness by more or less equally developing the 10 general physical skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy).
We believe in safe and gradual progress instead of chasing achievements at any price. Prehab work, injury prevention and quality movement are our priorities.
